At CW Fitness, I believe in training the whole person, not just your body shape and size.

Your health and well being are the two most important things and once you reach optimum health you will find that the rest comes naturally anyway. Too often the emphasis is on reducing your hips or tummy where actually we should be striving for our health, why should we let that take second place?

We live ever increasingly stressed out lives and have enormous pressures that simply weren’t there a few years ago. Use your training to allow yourself to release some of these stresses and reap the rewards. The power of exercise and the correct nutrition is far greater than we realise.

Personal training is just that – personal. Everyone is different and their own individual and as such, every training programme needs to be adapted to account for that.

I work in cycles of six weeks and I use a range of training styles and equipment to ensure you get the results you want.

Each training style has a specific aim and that, in turn, will be specific to you. So whether your goal is fat loss, to feel better, fitness or general health, you can be assured that you will get the results you are after – guaranteed.

However, personal training is not just about exercise, we will look at your nutrition, your lifestyle, stress factors and take all of this into account when looking at training schedule for you. After all, if it doesn’t fit in with your lifestyle then you are unlikely to stick to it.
