I teach a wide variety of classes to appeal to all. Classes range in intensity but you are welcome to all as you can work within your own fitness limits. Below is a brief description of each class and you are welcome to contact me with any queries you may have.
All classes are £5 each and pay as you go except Pilates and Stress-Less™ which is £30 for a 6 week course.
Zumba is the Latin dance fitness sensation sweeping across the UK. It is fun with a capital F, easy and effective. If you want a class that feels more like a party then this is the class for you.
This is a mix of Pilates and conditioning moves to strengthen the body and particularly the core and back. We finish with focused stretching and relaxation leaving your refreshed, revitalised and energised. The next Stress-Less™ starts on 27th June 2012. Look out for new Stress-Less™ events.
This is a completely unique concept bringing Pilates and Yoga together beautifully choreographed to music. It really is a happy, life-affirming class blending Yoga, Pilates and body conditioning; bare foot and mind/body balancing- blissful beautiful movement for a blissed-out, beautiful body. This will run in six week blocks
UNITE is a brand new fabulous feel good fusion of FREESTYLE FITNESS YOGA, FITNESS PILATES & body conditioning. UNITE is a journey of discovery & fun – bringing out your inner strength, inner dancer, inner poise or even your inner SELF!
These run as six week courses and must be pre-booked. An excellent class for core and back strength as well as improving posture, strength and co-ordination. The next Pilates course at Hedge End starts on 26th February 2013. The next Upham course is a six week course commencing 2nd March 2013.
Be one of the first to try this innovative way of training. Using your own bodyweight, gravity and suspension ropes, sculpt your body your way to get you the physique you have always wanted. This is a six week small group personal training course, training with me once a week and then bodyweight resistance to do at home in between sessions with a tailored and individual nutrition plan to match. You won’t get that anywhere else!
High intensity interval training. Not much time? This is the class for you! Work hard for short periods to get the results you are after and improve that fitness level at record speed! Work hard until you can’t and then rest until you can. Pay as you go at Lordshill and Bishopstoke evening classes or pre-pay £67 for twice a week early mornings at Bishopstoke.
