I teach a wide variety of classes to appeal to all. Classes range in intensity but you are welcome to all as you can work within your own fitness limits. Below is a brief description of each class and you are welcome to contact me with any queries you may have.
All classes are £5 each and pay as you go except Pilates and Stress-Less™ which is £30 for a 6 week course.
Zumba
Zumba is the Latin dance fitness sensation sweeping across the UK. It is fun with a capital F, easy and effective. If you want a class that feels more like a party then this is the class for you.

Stress-Less™
This is a mix of Pilates and conditioning moves to strengthen the body and particularly the core and back. We finish with focused stretching and relaxation leaving your refreshed, revitalised and energised. The next Stress-Less™ starts on 27th June 2012. Look out for new Stress-Less™ events.

Step ‘N’ Sculpt
This is a fantastic lower body workout utilising a step platform. Each class includes a focused toning section on the upper body and abdominals.

Pilates
These run as six week courses and must be pre-booked. An excellent class for core and back strength as well as improving posture, strength and co-ordination. The next Pilates course at Hedge End starts on 1st May 2012. The next Upham course is a five week course commencing 12th May 2012.

Masala Bangra
The Masala Bhangra Workout is a mixture of the traditional fold dance of the Punjab with the exhilaration of Bollywood. This class is like no other out there, high energy and extreme fun!
